Your journey with us begins with a Building Design Consultation<\/b>. This essential, no-cost step allows us to gather the information needed to provide you with an accurate quote for your project. During this consultation, we ensure your design aligns with both the national building code and local energy codes.<\/span><\/p>

A Building Designer will reach out to you by phone to discuss the details you\u2019ve provided and schedule your consultation. This initial conversation typically takes 10-20 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After your consultation, your Building Consultant will get to work designing your new Norsteel Building. Depending on your project\u2019s complexity, this may take a few hours or up to a week. Once ready, your consultant will provide a preliminary design and schedule a meeting to review it with you.<\/span><\/p>

In the Design Meeting<\/b>, we focus on refining the design to capture your vision perfectly. This is an interactive process. After your approval, your consultant will prepare a comprehensive proposal outlining all inclusions for your project, so that everything is clear and transparent.<\/span><\/p>

During the Proposal Meeting<\/b>, we encourage you to ask questions, make deductions, and consider options. For example, you might want to discuss the possibility of future expansion, increased insulation for energy efficiency, specialized door sizes, ventilation for climate control, or other elements that can optimize your building\u2019s functionality. By the end of this meeting, you\u2019ll have all the information needed to make an informed decision about your Norsteel building project. With all of your options explored, you won\u2019t be left guessing.<\/span><\/p>

The first step in the manufacturing process is to have your customized Norsteel Building engineered. Our engineering team already has eyes on your order and within the next short while, you will receive an email containing your drawings which will be certified and stamped by a licensed engineer for your specific geographical location. Your drawings will contain the anchor bolt locations and reactions for your building.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

These are important calculations that you will need for your foundation design. If you have to obtain a permit to erect your steel building, these are the drawings that your local permit office will require from you.<\/span><\/p>

If your building order includes\u00a0<\/span>purchasing a\u00a0Norsteel Foundation Kit<\/span>, we will provide you with all required foundation drawings as well. These will also be stamped and certified for your location.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
