Rockland Wheels partnered with Norsteel to develop a standout commercial facility in Rockland, Ontario, using a Hybrid Steel Building System<\/strong> that combines five interconnected rigid frame buildings with conventional steel elements<\/strong>\u2014delivering cost efficiency and architectural flexibility. This 60′ x 150′ x 27′ flagship structure\u2014along with four additional attached buildings\u2014was custom-engineered to meet the unique spatial and structural demands of a high-performance dealership<\/strong>.<\/p>

Designed for both functionality and visual impact, the facility features wide window openings<\/strong> that maximize natural light and visibility, a mezzanine<\/strong> level to enhance usable space, and precise engineering to support suspended motorcycle loads<\/strong> from the roof\u2014creating a showroom experience that sets the brand apart. The hybrid system allowed Norsteel to deliver varied building shapes and heights, optimizing both customer flow and operational logistics while reflecting Rockland Wheels\u2019 brand vision.<\/p>
