This 22′ x 60′ x 15′ steel building was designed as a private training facility for professional BMX rider Mike Gray, owner of Space Brace Inc. Built using the EasyBuild system, it shows how a customized space can be built with a practical, hands-on approach.
Mike and his father completed the entire build together, including Norsteel’s DIY foundation kit and insulation package. The open interior supports a dedicated indoor training area, allowing for year-round use regardless of weather conditions.
Throughout the build, Norsteel’s team provided responsive support to keep the project moving efficiently. The result is a purpose-built facility designed for consistent use, combining durability and a straightforward building process.
