Spy Cider House & Distillery partnered with Norsteel to bring their vision to life with a 43′ x 70′ x 21′ commercial facility in Clarksburg, Ontario, built using our Rigid Frame Building System with a 9/12 roof pitch. Designed for both production and hospitality, the building features a modern yet cozy interior where steel meets wood—creating a warm, inviting space that reflects the brand’s unique character. Its striking exterior façade and wide window openings enhance the architectural appeal while welcoming natural light into the space.

The facility also features insulated metal panels (IMPs)—an innovative solution that enhances thermal performance while adding a sleek, modern finish to the overall design.

Inside, the structure houses a fully equipped distillery alongside a beautifully finished tasting area, complete with a mezzanine lounge and a stylish bar. From hosting events on the outdoor patio to welcoming guests in a thoughtfully designed space, Spy Cider House & Distillery now operates in a facility that blends function, comfort, and contemporary design—all under one durable, custom-engineered roof.
