SHARE

Rockland Wheels partnered with Norsteel to develop a standout commercial facility in Rockland, Ontario, using a Hybrid Steel Building System that combines five interconnected rigid frame buildings with conventional steel elements—delivering cost efficiency and architectural flexibility. This 60′ x 150′ x 27′ flagship structure—along with four additional attached buildings—was custom-engineered to meet the unique spatial and structural demands of a high-performance dealership.

Designed for both functionality and visual impact, the facility features wide window openings that maximize natural light and visibility, a mezzanine level to enhance usable space, and precise engineering to support suspended motorcycle loads from the roof—creating a showroom experience that sets the brand apart. The hybrid system allowed Norsteel to deliver varied building shapes and heights, optimizing both customer flow and operational logistics while reflecting Rockland Wheels’ brand vision.

This project stands as a bold example of how Norsteel’s engineering expertise and best-fit approach deliver not only structural performance but also the visual distinction and design freedom needed to elevate dealership environments—proving that functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand without compromise.
