Norwood Sawmills partnered with Norsteel to create an 80′ x 400′ x 16′ multi-purpose all-steel facility in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, using our Rigid Frame Building System with a 3/12 roof pitch. Designed to bring together their operations under one roof, this expansive steel structure includes a modern, open-concept office area with a mezzanine, dedicated zones for manufacturing, and a spacious warehouse to support logistics and product flow.

With a layout engineered for productivity, collaboration, and flexibility, the building reflects Norwood’s innovative spirit and operational scale. The high ceilings, strategic window placement, and creative interior build-out make this industrial facility not just efficient, but also inspiring—a hub where big ideas and real production come together seamlessly.
