Harper Powersport & Marine teamed up with Norsteel to build an 86′ x 122′ x 21′ all-black commercial facility in Minden, Ontario, using our Rigid Frame Building System. Designed to support dynamic dealership operations in powersports and marine equipment, the building features spacious retail areas with a mezzanine for optimized space usage, ample storage, and well-defined service zones to enhance customer experience and workflow.

This all-steel structure delivers the flexibility and durability required in a dealership environment, where layout, visibility, and traffic flow are key. With a design that balances operational efficiency and brand presence, the facility positions Harper Powersport & Marine for long-term growth and standout service in their industry.
