This 55′ x 60′ x 40′ commercial steel building in Barrie, Ontario, was designed and delivered for Popeyes using Norsteel’s Rigid Frame Building System. Built for success and tailored for restaurant operations, the structure features a clear-span interior that allows for a flexible layout—ideal for optimizing kitchen flow, customer space, and back-of-house efficiency.
To complement the brand’s identity, the building features Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) across the entire exterior, enhancing curb appeal, contributing to energy efficiency, and maintaining the strength and durability of an all-steel system. With a focus on both function and visual impact, this project showcases how Norsteel buildings can deliver long-lasting performance without compromising on design.
