Collingwood Fine Cars partnered with Norsteel to create a 50′ x 100′ x 24′ specialty automotive service centre in Collingwood, Ontario, using our Rigid Frame Building System with a single-slope roof. Known for their precision and dedication to high-end German vehicles—including Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche—Collingwood Fine Cars required a facility that matched their commitment to quality, attention to detail, and elevated service standards.

This purpose-built structure includes a mezzanine for added operational space and is finished with clean, durable metal wall panels that deliver a polished interior aesthetic. Equipped to handle everything from diagnostics to maintenance, the building was designed to reflect the brand’s professionalism while optimizing workflow for their experienced technicians. This project highlights Norsteel’s ability to deliver custom commercial buildings that align with the technical demands and image of premium service businesses.
